Vehicle Scheduler - Location Verification


VEHICLE SCHEDULER FOR LICENSE HOLDER


To renew your license and obtain a current sticker for your vehicle or make changes to your licensed vehicles, you will need to schedule an appointment with ADWM (Arizona Department of Weights and Measures) online.
 
PRIOR TO SCHEDULING, you must have your Commercial Insurance Policy registered with the MVD (Motor Vehicle Division). To verify CLICK HERE.
 
If your insurance policy is not active or valid with MVD, before you continue, please contact your Insurance Company to ensure your insurance policy information has been submitted and it is recorded accurately with MVD. Failure to have a valid insurance registered with MVD at the time of the inspection, may incur in a Civil Penalty.

If you do not have an ADWM Device License, you will need to call the ADWM directly at 602-771-4920 or 602-771-4924 to schedule an appointment. Beginning 07/24/2009, any Taxi, Limousine or Livery vehicle that does not appear for the scheduled inspection and fails to cancel the appointment within 72 hours prior to set appointment will be civil penalized under ARS 41-2115.
 
ATTENTION: Starting November 1st, 2011, a $500.00 Civil Penalty will be issued for any vehicle that does not meet the following requirement.
 
The New Law:
  — Requires a taxi or livery vehicle to display interior signage that contains the driver’s name and is readily visible to passengers.
